Hotel La Casona - Cuenca

The location was perfect as it was a short walk from the town center and very near the Supermaxi supermarket with a superb selection. we were near the stadium and close to shops, bars, and restaurants, a bonus. The staff was very kind and attentive, making our stay even more comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, making it an lovely experience.

Plenty of supplies in the room: central heating, a private safe and a couch bed. It's 15 mins walk to the center. Walking distance to La Cilindrada, where you can have lunch...

Spent Easter weekend at this hotel and it was delightful. The breakfast was delicious, served with fresh bottled water every day. The room was very clean and the staff was very attentive. Located within walking distance of major attractions like a park and restaurants, and the nearby mall offered a great opportunity to spend time with locals.

The shower could have been a bit bigger and the bathroom lacked enough space for our toiletries. It was not confirmed whether our email reservation was confirmed or not, which made us uncertain of our stay.

The hotel truly exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were incredibly reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. We were especially impressed with the attention to detail throughout the hotel. From the immaculate grounds to the clean and well-appointed rooms, it was clear that the staff put in a lot of effort to ensure a comfortable stay. Although the hot water took a while to reach my room, it was a small inconvenience compared to the overall amazing experience. I can't wait to return to Cuenca and stay at La Casona again. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a wonderful upscale neighborhood, which is quiet and very residential. There was easy access to the SuperMaxi grocery store, which was less than a 10 minute walk away. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the bathroom was clean and had hot water most days. the staff was helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. Breakfast was basic but still good.

The walls were a bit thin, which results in noise from neighboring rooms.
